Ellen D'Alessio
Operations Manager, GTA East
In 2022, Ellen joined the OE team to expand utility services in the East GTA region, including Durham and the Kawarthas. In addition to delivering excellent customer service, Ellen also manages operations at OE’s East GTA location in Oshawa. She brings over 8 years experience in the construction industry, specifically hydro excavation and civil construction working in the Durham region. Ellen has also lived in Durham region for over 30 years where she is an active member of the community.
