Chief Operating Officer
Tony joined OE in 2023 with a focus on operational process improvement. He brings hands-on leadership experience acquired across many different sectors from around the world. Tony has received many awards including the Shingo Prize for Enterprise Excellence and the Henshaw Award for North American Safety Leadership.
Tony is a licensed Professional Engineer and an MBA graduate of the Ivey Business School.
Tony and his family partake in a range of sports activities including skiing, hockey, cycling, hiking, and swimming.
As part of the OE leadership team, Tony is trained in LEAN Thinking.
