Grace Meade

Grace Meade joined OE in 2017 with an expressed purpose to enhance the employee experience. Grace is focused on strengthening a company culture of highly engaged, forward-thinking, and enthusiastic employees who are committed to providing exceptional service to our progressive underground utility customers.

Grace ensures that the OE Health and Safety Program is in compliance with the respective Ministry of Labour acts and regulations, such as the Employment Standards Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

With a focus on people, learning, and development, Grace also ensures that all health, safety, and wellness plans are current and employee training is up to date. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and earned a Human Resources Management Certificate from Humber College. Grace is also certified through IHSA as a COR Internal Auditor and most recently as an ISO9001:2015 Internal Auditor.

Grace is an avid reader and loves to explore the countryside.
